My breath is still off, the sickness / right lung is preventing me from having a really nice smooth Ujjayi breath.
Saraswati let me go up to the balancing leg raising poses (Utthita Hasta Padangusthasana (http://ashtangayoga.info/asana-vinyasa/primary-series/) (no I can't lift my leg that high - not even close) today! I don't think there was any real difference in my practice, except she didn't have to prompt me so much (I remembered the previous poses, I had a problem just remembering the sequence... ok I have a problem remember the sequence of poses)
Completed the Padmasana finishing poses on my own.
