Well I used it for the first time today (over my regular mat)
Honestly I don't get why people use these (except for absorbing perspiration), these things are slippery! It is actually great for sliding from Chaturanga to Urdhva Mukah Svanasana (http://ashtangayoga.info/asana-vinyasa/surya-namaskara-a/index.html), but other than that much care is needed!
