Today (8am) Saraswati didn't let us in until the previous class finished. When it did we started with Saraswati chanting... I am a bit confused as to whether she does this everyday now, since it used to be that she would only chant on Saturday when there is no previous class...hmmm.
I was told today not to jump back to Samastitihi after each standing asana, E.G. I was jumping back after completing Utthita Trikonasana (regular triangle). Saraswati told me to only jump back (to Samastitihi) after completing e.g. Parivritta Trikonasana (revolved Triangle).
Saraswati helped me with the usual asanas today. For advanced backbending she let drop to the floor one time (normally it would be 3 with the last a counted breath): It was just a bit too much strain for me today.

I didn't really have much strength by the time I got to this asana. With this asana (the whole thing) you should jump your legs around the arms (from Adho Mukha Svanasana (downward facing dog)) then balance solely with the hands for 5 breaths, followed by slowly rolling the head down to the ground (5 breaths), finally lifting oneself up and jumping back to Chatvari position...
I finally caved in today and decided to rent a 5 speed bicycle (500 rupees a month + 3000 ruppee deposit) I figure I am spending 70-80 rupees a day on a Rikshaw so this should work out quite a bit cheaper. I will pick it up tomorrow if I am happy with it.
So many clothes to wash, my solution is to wash half of them myself and take the other half to the cleaners, that way I am sure to have something to wear for tomorrow.
For breakfast I ate Muesli (with Milk), + Pineapple juice (odd combination but it worked), lunch was @ Anu's, Dinner @ Gokul Chats (Set Masala Dosa, + Hot Badam Milk)
